1. Registration and agreed package
Registration is confirmed upon submission of the completed registration form, acceptance of these terms and receipt of the required payment, subject to seat availability. Before payment, the centre will confirm in writing: selected activity and batch, start date and package validity, number and duration of classes, class schedule and planned closures, and applicable fees.
2. Fees and payment
Monthly fees must be paid on or before the 5th of each month. Initial fees must be paid before the first class. Attendance may be paused if payment remains overdue after a reminder. All payments must be made through the centre’s authorised payment channels. A receipt will be issued.
3. Cancellation and refunds
After a student attends the first class of a paid package, fees are non-refundable for voluntary withdrawal, change of mind or personal non-attendance, subject to applicable law. Before the first class, cancellation requests will be assessed against conditions disclosed before payment. If the centre cannot provide the agreed service, an appropriate replacement, credit or refund will be provided.
4. Attendance and missed classes
Students should attend regularly and arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the class. Classes missed for personal reasons do not automatically qualify for a refund or carry-forward. Approved make-up classes are subject to availability. Classes cancelled by the centre will be replaced without extra charge.
5. Scheduling and teachers
The centre may make reasonable changes to teachers, batches or timings for operational reasons and will notify affected participants. Registration is for the agreed activity and package.
6. Health and participation
The student or guardian must disclose relevant allergies, injuries, medical conditions and additional support needs. Students must follow safety instructions, wear suitable clothing and use required protective equipment. Students who are unwell should not attend.
7. Emergency undertaking
The centre may provide appropriate first aid and contact emergency services when necessary. It will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent, guardian or emergency contact promptly.
8. Drop-off and collection
Parents or guardians must hand children over to the designated staff member and collect them promptly from the agreed collection point. Children will be released only to authorised persons. Independent departure requires separate written permission.
9. Behaviour and safeguarding
Students, parents, teachers and staff must treat others respectfully. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threats and unsafe conduct are prohibited. The centre may stop participation immediately where safety is at risk.
10. Personal belongings and property
Students should avoid bringing valuables. The centre takes reasonable care but does not guarantee against every loss.
11. Photographs, videos and privacy
Consent for promotional photography or filming is optional and separate from registration. Refusing consent will not affect enrolment.
12. Events and additional costs
Performances, competitions, outings and off-site activities require separate details and consent where appropriate.
